How to prepare your home to sell faster and for more.

Follow these whole house tips to prepare your home for professional staging and photography.
  1. Check that all light
    bulbs work
  2. Open the blinds in each room 
  1. Remove small kitchen appliances from counters (toaster oven, electric can opener, coffee pot)
  2. Hide your dish soap, sponges, drying racks, cutting boards
  3. Remove any trash cans or visible grocery bags
  4. Remove magnets, photos,
    and children’s artwork from the fridge
  5. Remove pet items like dishes and bowls
  1. Wipe down the mirrors and shower doors
  2. Hide all toiletries (bottles
    and soaps)
  3. Close the lid on the toilet
  4. Properly fold and hang clean towels that match the decor
  5. Hide the plunger and
    scrub brush
  1. Make the bed and put away blankets that do not match the decor
  2. Hide all books, alarm clocks, phones, portable fans, personal photos, and anything else on your night stand or dresser
  3. Make sure nothing under the bed is visible
  4. Hide shoes, clothes, laundry, or hampers
  1. Remove magazines, books, personal photos, laptops, etc.
  2. Conceal cords
  3. Remove pet items such as toys and beds
  1. Remove vehicles from
    the driveway
  2. Add cushions to patio furniture (if needed)
  3. Store away gardening tools, hoses, and pool toys
  4. Put trash/recycling containers in the garage
